U arheološkim istraživanjima u svom radnom vijeku sudjeluje gotovo svaki arheolog, bez obzira na to vodi li ih, ili je član tima, ili se bavi obradom građe, ili na neki drugi način. Na studiju arheologije na Filozofskom fakultetu u Zagrebu vrlo velika važnost davala se obrazovanju studenata za rad na arheološkim terenima, a na Katedri za opću srednjovjekovnu i nacionalnu arheologiju posvećivala se osobita pozornost obrazovanju studenata za rad na zaštitnim arheološkim istraživanjima. Rad na terenima vezao se za kolegije na Katedri za opću i srednjovjekovnu i nacionalnu arheologiju koji su proučavali kasnoantičku, ranosrednjovjekovnu i novovjekovnu arheologiju te arheologiju suvremenog doba.

The thoughtful idea and ambition to gather and present in one place the basic determinants of genetic counselling for patients and their families. Medical genetics is characterized by dynamic exchange of information and constant complications of problems thanks to the great scientific and technological advances of medicine. That is way the recognition and diagnosis of diseases caused by chromosome / gene disorders is much more extensive today than in previous decades, thus becoming part of the everyday thinking of professionals of different profiles who come into contact with patients and their families. Our intention was to show the diversity of medical/clinical genetics within the prominent specialties most closely associated with the genetic counselling process.
